The Packerland Home Improvement Story
Packerland Home Improvement was founded by Eugene Fuller in 1973. His goal was to create a small family business in Kaukauna, Wisconsin that performed home improvement projects in their community. Often accompanied by his 13 year old son, Jerry, Eugene’s goal was to help people change their house into their dream home.
In 2004, Packerland Home Improvement decided to focus solely on window replacement, quickly becoming recognized experts and growing their service area to most of Northeast Wisconsin. They expanded that area to include East Central Wisconsin in 2012. Packerland Home Improvement continues to provide excellent customer service and quality replacement windows and doors to the homeowners across the region.
Jerry Fuller officially took over the company from his father Eugene in 2016. This once-small family business has now grown to more than 30 employees, some actual family, all who feel like family. And the future is solid. Eugene’s grandson and Jerry’s son, Josh Fuller and Evan Tesch, Jerry’s cousin, will continue to honor the same pledge Eugene made more than 50 years ago – providing individualized quality customer care within the Fox Cities and surrounding area.

Jerry Fuller
Jerry Fuller purchased Packerland Home Improvement from his father in 2018. He has worked at PHI since he was 13 leaving him with 47 years of experience as well as his time serving in the U.S. Navy. Jerry has weathered and overcome every obstacle imaginable in the home improvement field. He takes great pride in going above and beyond to meet every customer’s needs. Jerry enjoys spending his spare time with his friends and family at his camper in Wild Rose.
Evan Tesch
Evan Tesch is an Owner and General Manager with 24 years of experience. Starting as a helper at PHI at the age of 16 years old, Evan climbed the ladder within the business with his hard work and dedication. He strives on quality customer care providing customers with exceptional window buying experiences. Working at a small family-owned business allows Evan to be able to take the time to make connections and collaborate within the team to provide a comfortable atmosphere for the customers and employees at PHI. He spends his free time ‘up north’ with his family embracing the great outdoors.
Josh Fuller
Josh Fuller is an Owner and Operations Manager with 21 years of experience with Packerland Home Improvement. He specializes in assuring that the customer has an outstanding experience from start to finish with each and every project. Josh is a Veteran and 3rd generation owner of PHI with the motivation to maintain the small family business values. In his free time, he enjoys attending live music performances with his wife and camping with his friends and family.
Joey Johannes
Joey Johannes is an Office Assistant at Packerland Home Improvement. Greeting the customers with her friendly smile and positive attitude, she assists with providing customers with information on our high-quality products. Joey was born and raised in the Fox Valley Area, graduating from Appleton East High School and then UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science. Joey likes to spend time with her family, traveling, and watching the Milwaukee Brewers.
Corey Simon
Corey Simon is a Project Consultant for Packerland Home Improvement. He was born in Menasha, WI and is also a current resident of Menasha. He owned and operated a construction company in Fox Valley for 16 years. In 2013 He started working for Packerland. Corey is very passionate about helping people with their projects, making sure that their experience is always a good one. His goals and hobbies always revolve around his family. He looks forward to helping you with your project.
Jeff Murphy
Jeff Murphy is a Project Manager and Cultivator of Customer Relationships. From Menasha, WI and currently resides in Pine River, WI. He attended College at Purdue University and U.W. Stevens Point. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources Mgmt. He strives daily with PHI’s amazing team to make us the most “talked about” Home Improvement Business in Northeast Wisconsin. Jeff enjoys traveling, golf, volleyball, hiking, hunting, and all Wisconsin sports.
